their "Better Connecticut" program
with hosts Scot Haney and Kara Sundlun. Chef
Silvio made one of his favorite fall dishes, "Pumpkin
Risotto."

Chips"! A great innovative crunchy
topping complimenting his creamy mixture of Arborio
