Chef Silvio recently signed a contract with a publishing company for his first cookbook, "Cooking with Chef Silvio, Stories and Authentic Recipes from Campania".

Italian historian and author Anthony Riccio (www.anthonyriccio.com) will join Chef Silvio in this collaboration of the Chef’s authentic Mediterranean dishes along with the history of his life in Italy.

He recently enjoyed a great trip to his native land where he visited his hometown and saw many relatives.  He went into the homes where his grandparents, parents and aunts & uncles homes still stand as if untouched by time.  These beautiful photos will be featured in his cookbook. 

The book is due out towards the end of 2010.
